Return Policy

1.    Do you have a return policy?

Products that are available on are directly from the vendors. They are the official distributors/manufacturers of the brands and products displayed. They themselves own returns procedures. With us, returns are available only if the products do not match their specifications, or are found defective or faulty during use.

2.    How can I return my purchase and get a refund?
If you have not opened the package and would like to return your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.
Refunds can take the form of:
Store Credit – Credits to your wallet with which you can make future purchases. 

3.    How can I return the product I purchased in case of a problem?
The product warranty will determine the appropriate process, in which cases the product may be either fixed or replaced, as determined by the vendor.

4.    What if I receive a product that is faulty or is not the same as the one I ordered?
If your order is faulty or is not the same as the product you ordered, you may call us and log a complaint as well as a return request. We will either pick up the product from your premises or request you to ship it back further processing.

We will then deliver your originally ordered product to your premises at no extra charge.

Important Points:

·         There will be a 7 days warranty on all products in which customers can report any damage/defect in the product and contact us for replacement.

·         In case, you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we do not offer money back refunds but you do have an option to exchange it with any other product. We'll add cash in terms of Store Credit in your Savers Wallet which can be used for purchasing.

·         A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on the new order.
